These terms and conditions apply to all dealings between us and anyone visiting and/or using the Presentation Star website ('you'). Member Sign-Up Process and Membership Benefits
To enjoy the benefits offered under 'Membership Benefits' on our website, you will need to subscribe to the website and become a 'member' by completing your contact details, providing a password and paying an annual membership fee, the amount of which will be specified on our website and which may vary from time to time.
Content will be emailed to you at the email address supplied during the member sign up process. To register with us you need to be 18 years or over, and you warrant that the details provided by you on registration are true, accurate and complete in all respects.
Your Membership Benefits may be used at any time within 12 calendar months of successful registration subject to any limitations expressly stated on our website at the time you subscribe.
We reserve the right to make changes to the Membership Benefits from time to time, however, the Membership Benefits you receive will be those specified on the day you subscribe to our website.
Made to Order Presentations
Our Made to Order Presentation service is a bespoke service that is tailored to the requirements of individual customers. The cost, time scale and deliverable will therefore be agreed between you and us at the time of ordering and confirmed via email.
If you require a Made to Order Presentation, you agree to provide us with all information reasonably required by us to provide this service. All information provided by you will be held in accordance with the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Once your Made to Order Presentation is complete, you will be required to sign-off your acceptance of the deliverable. You accept responsibility for any typographical errors, grammatical errors or formatting errors at the date of sign-off.
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the deliverable will belong to us, however, you will be granted an exclusive license to use the deliverable solely for your own personal use and for training purposes. You may not sell, distribute, copy or use the deliverable for any commercial gain whatsoever.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our website content, including all written materials, illustrations, graphics, logos, photography, designs, trademarks and look-and-feel, belong to us. By purchasing content from our website or using the free content you are granted a non-exclusive license to use such content only as expressly set out in these terms and conditions.
Billing and Payment Terms
Prices for membership and for all downloadable materials on our website are as specified on the website. We reserve the right to vary these prices at any time without notice.
Payment is due upon placement of your purchase order and can be made using all major credit or debit cards by means of secure credit card transaction online. [Please do not send cash or personal cheques.]
Delivery
When your payment is received by credit or debit card your materials will be emailed to you at your registration email address. Materials downloaded from the website will be sent in PDF and PowerPoint format unless otherwise specified on our website. [Orders for printed materials must be made and paid for with the printers direct by using the third party link on our website.]
We shall use all reasonable precautions to ensure that content downloaded by you from our website is free of viruses but no warranty is given as to the freedom of this website from errors, defects or viruses.
Term of Membership
These Terms and Conditions and the rights granted are effective until terminated. The content is an electronic product and, therefore, your right to cancel is expressly excluded. However, Members may terminate their agreement with us voluntarily at any time by not renewing this annual agreement.
We reserve the right to deny you access to our website in the event of your unauthorised use or disclosure of any content.
The revocation of this Agreement in accordance with these terms and conditions shall not result in the refund of any monies paid by you.
Termination of this Agreement for any reason is without prejudice to the rights, duties and liabilities of either party accrued prior to termination. In addition, the Terms and Conditions relating to Ownership of Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer, Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, Amendments and Governing Law will remain in effect.
