Printing Tips & Guidelines
Introduction
This short tutorial will guide you through the process of printing your booklets so that they look their very best.
This guide is based on a Canon Printer, however many printers share common options.
Instructions
- Download the PDF - Print Version
- Open the booklet in Adobe Acrobat
- On the top Menu click:
- File
- Print...
In the Print Menu, Select your Printer and click Properties, highlighted below.
Click on the Page Setup tab.
We now need to instruct the printer to print a 'boolet'. We're asuming that you're using A4 paper.
- Change Printing Type to Booklet Printing.
- Change Page Size to A5.
- Change Orientation to Landscape
- Ensure Printer Paper Size is set to A4.
- Click OK to confirm your changes.
Click OK to begin printing
Follow the on-screen instruction when told to 'flip' the paper over.
Once printing is complete you can fold and staple your pages to create a stunning booklet.
