I've purchased a document, but how do I download it?

There are two ways to get the document you purchased.
1. click on 'My Downloads' on the navigation to the left. If you are not logged in you will be asked to do this first. Once logged in you will be displayed a list of documents that you have purchased. Each will have a link to take you to the relevant documnet in the site. Click this link and you will then see the various version available on the right listed under DOWNLOADS.
2. Firs think is to log in. Once you have done this you can navigate back to the document you purchased and you will now be able to download teh document in the various version listed under DOWNLOADS on the right.

I've downloaded the file, but I can't open it.

Depending on which file you downloaded you may need one of the tools to open the document.
