Martin Humphries is a highly respected and internationally experienced, talented presenter, facilitator, trainer and coach. In the last seventeen years he has worked extensively with worldwide groups across a wide range of industries and cultures. Appealing to 'hearts and minds' has stimulated organisations and individuals to achieve extraordinary results. He designs and delivers 'leading edge' learning that can be locked into the behaviours, processes and systems of a business.
Trained in education, counselling and business, Martin is the Managing Director of Infocus Learning – a company that is dedicated to helping organisations and individuals improve performance by helping to unlock the innate strengths of every team member. At Infocus Learning, we strongly believe that everyone is extraordinary and they need to be engaged and develop their strengths. It is this belief that fires our passion and approach to organisational learning, development and growth.
Martin's programmes have been described as 'highly participative' and 'engaging'. His skill in encouraging delegates to find the limits of their abilities – and push themselves further than they imagined possible – can enthuse, motivate, and genuinely inspire participants.
We are very proud to have partnered and worked with General Motors, Vodafone, American Express, British Airways, US Air, W H Smith, B & Q, Esso, Millennium and Copthorne Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Star Technologies and Nortel Networks. Within General Motors, Martin worked very intimately with the Vauxhall College in his role as Master Facilitator for the launch and implementation of a massive cultural change programme. More recently he replicated that role for Holden in Australia and General Motors, Asia Pacific.
Martin holds a diploma in counselling, as well as a First Class Honours Degree in Education. He was a first-class rugby referee, one of the top forty in the country, and regularly handled games at the most senior level.
